Book Recommendation!
Do you like a little book you can pick up anytime and just read a page or two of and feel inspired and understood? I bought this book in a thrift store a while ago, but I just began reading it this week and I am loving it!
I like to read for a while on my yoga mat after asana & meditation practice and this is one of the books I am currently reading on the mat. It really strikes a cord with me. I used to be that person who is always busy but... It truly messed with my nervous system and was ultimately manifested as anxiety and frustration.Yoga and other health and wellness activities have been a big part of my change the last couple of years, I make time for my body and mind to do what is best for them. This book is a great place to start if you are still running like a rat on a wheel trying to keep up with your life choices.
