Arrrgh
New Years Eve I injured my back. Not doing anything in particular but it just got increasingly bad as the morning progressed so I'm thinking I wrenched it in the night.
So I have been wearing my back brace and 100% rest has been my strategy. This morning it was definitely improved after two days rest and bracing. So we did a 15 min dog walk and that was fine. So hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to do a longer walk.
I have a hypermobility spectrum disorder so joint injuries are common and the spine is a series of joints, so I've had lots of back issues in my life but this was a bad one, I'm so pleased it is improving, I was getting worried!
But just when I needed a pick me up... I finally received my YTT 300 certificate. It was issued a month ago but the email got lost in transit so I had to contact the yoga school to chase it up:
It was great to receive it when I needed a bit of cheering up!
