2021 Health & Wellness Review
I had a fabulous 2021 and feel I stuck to my fitness goals and improved my overall wellness (physical, mental and spiritual). Here's my 2021 exercise journal:
What does all that mean?
141 days of practicing Feet Up inversion
199 days walking
45 days cycling
111 days yoga
18 days trail running
12 days hiking
55 rest days
24 golf days
5 days kayaking
And that is just a quick calculation, I could've missed a few as I scanned through the 12 pages of journal entries.
I'll continue tracking my health and fitness activity in 2022 the same way!
