Working Those Arms

I am always a fan of a quick workout! This is my current dumbbell arm workout routine which I did yesterday afternoon:


It takes less than 10 mins!

My shoulder muscles are telling me that it definitely worked some muscles hard! 
There's lots of great videos by trainers on Youtube if you want to learn how to do any of these moves, it is always great to check your technique out and ensure you are performing health and fitness poses/moves correctly.
I perform each move at least 10 times with each arm. 

Tip: you don't have to use the same size weight for all moves! Choose the size you need for each move to ensure you are working the muscles optimally.

Today I did my weekly hike/climb/trail run at Rueter Hess Incline:

I hike to the bottom of the incline.
Climb the 150+ steps
Enjoy the view.
And then trail run back to the car.
