Sunday Stroll

Let me share a secret...

When you aren't at 100% energy, walking is the best exercise! Take a slow stroll! Today we walked twice! The first walk without dogs was 5 miles, we checked out Christmas displays, had a cuppa at a local coffee place and enjoyed the sunshine and fresh air:


Then we did a one mile dog walk when we got home! 
Walking is my favorite lazy day exercise! We had a late night last night at Hubby's work Christmas party, so a slow day was necessary.
