Patella Tendonitis Recovery!

Today I did the Rueter Hess Incline hike/climb/run! I had taken a break from this regular activity after a bout of patella tendonitis that began when I did a 5km fun run in early October. It was great to get back to it today and have no pain after we finished the trail!
It's about 150 steps to climb:
But the view is worth it!
We also got a Covid test whilst we were out and about because a friend we had lunch with last week has tested positive.
It is a short trail but fairly strenuous for such a short one.
We hike to the bottom of the steps, climb the steps then trail run back to the car, it is a great workout!
It is fabulous to be over the injury and getting back to trail running!
