Diversified Fitness Program
Now that I've finished my YTT 300hr course I'm looking forward to diversifying my workout schedule a bit more.
During this epic year in which I've completed 500hrs of yoga studies I've had very little time for much else! So I look forward to getting back to more cycling and simple weight training.
Thursday I did my first indoor cycle of the winter season:
I was reading Buddhism for Beginners whilst cycling for 20 minutes.
My bike is set up in my sewing studio this year. I didn't want to squeeze it into my yoga room because I'll still be doing yoga regularly. Here's today's quick 10 minutes of yoga in a timelapse recording:I also did 5 minutes of simple weight training with various sized dumbbells depending on what movement I was doing. My muscles can definitely feel the lapse in time since I've picked up a dumbbell 🤣
