2021 Reflection

If you can reflect on a year of sticking to health and fitness goals you'll undoubtedly see progress! For me I can see it in many ways but the most surprising one is still "the splits"!
This wasn't even a goal at the beginning of 2021! I'm 47 years old and technically obese so I never thought splits would even be possible! When I finally began doing them several months ago I was astounded and I've improved a lot since then.

I ordered my Feet Up trainer about this time last year and have consistently used it for a year! I love the improved core strength it's given me!

I did 7 minutes of Feet Up today and then 60 mins of yoga practice:

It's been hovering around freezing all day outside so it's great to workout indoors!
