Just do it!

I'm feeling quite tired today. I really didn't want to walk or do yoga. But... I made myself do it.

The fresh air and afternoon sunshine on my 40 min dog walk was fabulous! 
I've usually been doing 60 mins of yoga lately but I only did 40 mins today because my body made it clear that strenuous effort wasn't going to be as doable as usual. 
I couldn't even bend as deep into poses like this figure 4 fold. 
But I am pleased I persevered and did some exercise at my own pace. I even did my usual 7 mins of Feet Up inversion:

So some days you just have to adjust and commit to doing what you can.
