Friday Fitness

This morning I did an hour of yoga:



Bow pose is always a favorite of mine!
I can't believe I used to hate triangle pose. I find it reasonably easy now! 
I also walked the dogs for 20 mins. 
Then hubby and I walked to lunch at a local diner, which is a four mile round trip walk!
Halfway home hubby said "You are so much fitter!!!!" LOL 😂 yes I am! 
Yoga can be a great health and fitness regimen on it's own! I like to incorporate some other health and fitness activities but my yoga is a big part of the reason I am a LOT fitter than I've been for a few years.
