Floor Yoga Printable Sequence
Now that my YTT 300hr yoga teacher training journey is nearing its end I'm changing up my yoga practice to suit my needs and freshen up my routine!
This floor yoga sequence is only seated, supine, kneeling and prone poses:
You can download the printable PDF of this sequence from my website (link in left sidebar).Being on the floor does NOT mean this is an easy sequence! There are lots of great poses included that will strengthen and increase flexibility!
I did this sequence today and really enjoyed it. It took me about 35 mins. I hold each pose for a count of ten.
