Desk Day

I spent all day at my desk today working. So at the end of the day I did 50 minutes of yoga to stretch out my weary body. I did lots of poses but here are a few that felt especially great after a day in a chair!

Reverse plank:
I did 7 mins on the Feet Up during that 50 min workout too:
