Daily Practice
When I began yoga teacher training I couldn't have envisioned my daily practice bringing me such peace! It such a soothing process working through a strenuous sequence and into deep stretches then meditating to finish the session.
And my Feet Up inversion practice has been amazing for my core strengthening.
I'm only about a week away from finishing the coursework for my 300hr YTT and beginning to envision what my daily fitness routine will look like going forward.Stay tuned to see! I'm planning to focus on more free content for this blog such as printable workout sequences etc in 2022. It'll be great to have more time once my studies are complete.
