Tuesday Yoga

It's a little gloomy outside this afternoon so I focused on yoga for my daily exercise. I did 45 mins yoga, then meditated for 10+mins and read a little from 3 different fitness/wellness books for a total of about 15 mins. I also walked my dogs this morning for 35 mins, so all up today I spent over 90 mins focused on health and fitness. And that's become the norm for me. This has been a revolutionary year in my life.

During my 45 mins yoga, I included 2 mins of yoga wheel back bends, here's the time lapse video of that:
