Then verses now yoga progress!

I feel more flexibility and less pain 6+months into my yoga teacher training journey. But my progress can actually be seen in photos!

Downward dog: look at those feet! I can now keep my heels on the mat 👏

Boat pose: I started with half boat pose but now do full boat pose with straight legs 👏

Seeing and feeling progress are such motivating forces! I'm now over 70% finished my YTT300hr course, I'm still on track to complete it by the end of November. 

Today my only physical activity was a 45 min dog walk in the fabulous afternoon sunshine and 30 mins at the golf driving range.
I thrifted a couple of gorgeous teal vintage golf clubs this morning to hang as wall decor in my home gym room, so I even tried having a whack with them and they played beautifully! 
Thirty minutes at the golf driving range is a great workout!
