Recovery mode!
My legs are sore from Saturdays 5km fun run event, so I've had 2 days rest. Then today I got back to yoga with a focus on stretching rather than strength poses. I started slow with seated stretches:
Then moved on to kneeling poses:
I did lots of great poses and practiced for about 45mins:
I also included 7 mins of Feet Up inversions.
Then I meditated for 20 mins too.
I think I may have overdone it somewhat during the five kilometer fun run, so I'll focus on yoga and cycling in the coming weeks that are gentler on my joints and muscles than running!
