My health & wellness bookshelf!

I'm a book hoarder.

These health and wellness books are mostly thrift store finds or bought from thriftbooks.com or betterworld books.com which are online used book retailers. A couple are books I bought new on Amazon.com because they were truly books I needed in my life 🤣😂 
It'll probably take me a lifetime to read all of this but I spend some time after my yoga practice each day reading a little. 
There are books about Buddhism, yoga, core strength, running, tai chi and a few random 'self help' books I thought might be of interest. 
And this isn't my entire collection, I have a couple of piles upstairs in my living room too, but I think of these as an investment in my personal progress on my health and wellness journey.
If just one sentence from each book sticks with me and really strikes a cord then I'll have gained a lot!
