Monday Yoga

Today I did one hour of yoga. I did a high lunge in today's class which is looking pretty good and feeling very stable. I don't usually do this pose but I think it's time I add it back into to my regular sequence! 

I also did Feet Up inversion for 7 mins
After that I meditated for 10+ mins then I read for 30+ mins. I have four books I am currently reading when I'm my yoga studio:
1. The Heart of Yoga
2. Pilates (I've done a little pilates in the past but wanted a deeper understanding)
3. Buddhism for Beginners
4. 365 Yoga Meditations

I just read a few pages of each one when I finish yoga for the day, this way my ever growing collection of health and fitness books may actually get read eventually!
