It's a gloomy day here, but still a fabulous day for a long walk with my dogs.

Clouds as far as the eye can see will ensure a chilly Halloween!

This is part of my winter fitness plan. Last year hubby and I did lots of long winter walks in our hilly neighborhood, it was a great way to get in some exercise with our dogs 

So my fitness plan for late Fall, winter and early Spring will be:
- weekly long walks
- 1hr yoga twice weekly (minimum)
- leg strength training 3 times a week (prep for Spring running)
- indoor cycling 
These are all things that should be doable whilst my patella tendonitis in my right knee slowly recovers.
