Improvement

If you read my last post you'd know I have had a a sore knee for several weeks, that I think is caused by patella tendonitis (began when I ran my first ever 5k). Today it was so much better! I think that's thanks to wearing the knee brace two days in row on my dog walk.

That was $35 well spent! It's nice to not be in pain. 
Today was a busy day spent mostly in my home office working on my computer. But I started the day with a 40 min dog walk. At the end of the day I did 25 mins of yoga:
It's actually a fabulous way to end the day IF you can muster up the energy to just begin!
Progress is always motivating which is why I photograph and video my yoga frequently. 
This is something I couldn't do a year ago!
Now I can forward fold without poking my butt out! It's just a simple torso fold forward movement. I couldn't do this when I began. That's progress.
