Crazy dogs & a sore back!

I started the day with a dog walk this morning, it was barely 40*f but fine and sunny.

My back was a little sore today (too much time yesterday standing on a hard tile floor - does it every time for me) so some gentle yoga was just what it needed. I started on the Feet Up:

I did seven minutes all together but did it in two separate inversion stints to allow my back some extra warm up time before trying the harder manoeuvres. 
I also did 18 mins of floor yoga. My 3 dogs joined me in the studio:
They may be cute but since hubby is away on a business trip they are seeking more attention than usual and can be quite disruptive in my yoga room! Here's a quick video of them whilst I was doing a wide legged forward fold:

Lots of face licking, yapping and even gentle biting. But I can't bring myself to lock them out because they are my spoilt rotten babies!
