What a week it was!
I've enjoyed meditation for 20+ years but this year my meditation has reached a higher level!
I love meditating! And this week made some breakthroughs with mindful listening and mindful walking.
My veggie patch yielded a ton of cherry tomatoes this week and hubby and I have enjoyed them fried with eggs most days for breakfast:

I also spent a day thrift shopping (a passion of mine) and found lots of great fitness and mindfulness themed books!
And for dinner most nights we've defrosted a variety of soups from our freezer FYI our favorite has been this carrot, bell pepper and tomato soup that we add some sour cream and parmesan to:
