Rest vs Activity

Right now my body seems to be struggling. I'm sleeping 12+ hours a day and still only have energy for a few hours a day if at all. 

But I know from previous experience that I need to find a balance between exercise/activity and rest as I allow my body to recover. 

I do daily speech/swallow therapy to improve my swallowing to prevent continued aspiration.

I also do yoga a few times a week. 

That will have to do for a few weeks.
