Monday Yoga!

I don't usually do yoga practice on the weekends, I'm just busy doing other things with hubby like golf, hiking, kayaking, cycling etc
So my Monday Yoga is enlivening!
It's great to stretch out my weary muscles.
And work on my strength training.
My yoga workouts usually take about an hour and include up to 86 different poses.
They are a mix of standing, kneeling, seated, prone, supine, twisting and side poses.
It's great to get every part of the body working.
I am constantly awed by the human body's ability to move and stretch.
Mondays are such an opportunity to experience yogic joy.
I'm 52% of the way through my 300hr yoga teacher training.
And am enjoying the content and practice required.
I still use my Feet Up trainer for inversions whenever I practice yoga:
It's a great safe head stand option for me and I don't plan on ever doing a head stand without it as I like knowing my neck is protected from injury.
