Hubby's Day Off

Hubby took the morning off work so we went to the driving range:

It's a great cardio workout! We did it for about 30 mins. My follow through needs some work!
We also enjoyed a dim sum lunch and some pastries:
This is why I'll never be thin, I truly love food and find it's consumption is a joyous pastime.
But then we did go cycling in the afternoon too:
Which is great calorie consumption mitigation 🤣

I forgot to start my watch app at the beginning of the ride! So in total it was about 6 to 7 miles.

Now it's relax o'clock!
