Best Yoga Hip Opener Pose
There are tons of yoga poses that are considered "hip openers". Many are complex poses. One of the easiest is quite effective:
It's a simple frog leg pose which lends itself well to yin yoga when the poses are held for longer periods of time.I did sixty minutes of yoga today that included all my favorite poses including using my yoga wheel:
