Best Yoga Hip Opener Pose

There are tons of yoga poses that are considered "hip openers". Many are complex poses. One of the easiest is quite effective:

It's a simple frog leg pose which lends itself well to yin yoga when the poses are held for longer periods of time. 

I did sixty minutes of yoga today that included all my favorite poses including using my yoga wheel:
