Back at it!

Today is the first day of the rest of my life. 
Last week I resigned from my relatively new job preschool teaching, the pay is crap, the environment was toxic due to lack of good leadership and I just couldn't continue for additional personal health reasons.
So I had a lazy weekend with hubby to rest my body because it's been quite unwell three times in 6 weeks, which left me struggling to breathe and talk, but today I was back to my 'usual' fitness regimen. 
60 mins yoga including a 7 min inversion:





And it also included using my yoga wheel:
I'm pleased I retained most of my strength and flexibility despite only exercising for 5 to 10 mins a day most days for the past few weeks!
My Feet Up Trainer was the one part of my fitness regimen I did stick to quite well the last few weeks whilst busy, sick and working too hard for very little money.
I also walked my dogs for 40 mins this morning!
So it was a great day!
