YTT Update.

I've completed 32% of my YTT 300hr course and I'm still loving the journey.
I'm noticing so much improvement in my technique and strength!
My balance is better than it's been for years!
My lower back pain is almost non existent!
I'm more flexible.
And more happy with my body and my progress.
I do poses regularly that I couldn't do six months ago and I hold the poses for longer and more comfortably than I ever imagined.
Working on your body is such a positive experience if you don't expect changed overnight. 
Yoga is strength training, yoga is cardio, yoga is building flexibility, yoga is uniting body and mind. I love this journey.
