Squeeze in a Workout

On your busiest days you WILL feel better if you squeeze in a workout! Today I was flat out! But I drove home via the incline trailhead and did my 25 min hike/climb/trail run.

I'm returning to full time in person work on August 9th, so it'll be quite a balancing act fitting in fitness activities on a daily basis! Especially during the winter months. 
But I plan to focus on brief strength training activities during the week that I can do before my work day and after.
