Relative Ease
I'm getting fitter. I'm not losing substantial weight. But I do have increased strength and stamina. How do I know this. Because I can do the same neighborhood rides with relative ease compared to a year ago!
Sometimes it's not necessary to have a special goal or way of measuring progress, sometimes you can FEEL the progress 👏👏
Then I mowed the lawn too! And did 7 mins on my Feet Up trainer!
