Juggling and Making Do

 Fitting in exercise is a daily juggling act.

Some days it's harder than others. Yesterday I planned to cycle for an hour in the afternoon. 

Then the skies turned dark!

I checked the radar and quickly jumped on my bike to get in a quick workout before the storms closed in!

It wasn't the hour I had originally planned but it was better than nothing!

Especially since I chose a hilly route:
