Intentional Time Management

As I prepare for my return to full time work on August 9th (teaching preschool) I have to be more intentional about planning my exercise regime and schedule. 

Today I edited my "favorite poses" yoga sequence to include half a dozen poses that I hadn't been regularly practicing, such as 3 legged dog.

I also added:

  • Half moon (seated and standing variations)
  • Wild thing
  • Side plank
  • Windshield wipers
  • Reclined big toe hold
  • Eagle
These are poses that seemed challenging several months ago when I created the sequence, but now I'm enjoying my progress with them. The sequence should now take me about 60 mins. 
I'm planning to still practice yoga most days once back at work even if it's just 10 mins a day (or do a quick run or cycle depending on weather/time etc).
