Weekend Spin

It's a very warm late Spring day here in Denver! But it was still a nice day for cycling:

We cycled 12+ miles around our hilly neighborhood.

It certainly worked up a sweat.

But it's our favorite form of exercise. 

It was hard slog in the heat though. Today's maximum is about 90*f

We also walked the three dogs earlier in the day:

They got pretty warm so by the end of the walk all three dogs were in the dog stroller which we take on walks for our ageing dog Ebony who gets pushed due to her congestive heart failure. 

We also trimmed the fur of the two fluffy dogs!

So it's definitely time to relax now with a cold craft beer
