Warrior 3 Beginners Tip

Did you know warrior 3 is easier to do if you do prayer arms instead of trying to reach them forward parallel to the ground! It's my favorite variation of this pose:


I did 40mins of yoga today including practicing my yoga wheel back bend. To warm up I do yoga wheel sit ups:
They make me confident my spine is ready for a full back bend:

I usually do 30 mins of yoga before I feel warmed up enough to try that though. Sun Salutations are a great warm-up, I also did:
