Trail Running

Since I've been doing so much yoga this year my ankles are much stronger! So I've been trail running on a weekly basis to test out my newfound ankle resilience!
This was today's 2.5 miles.I walk on the uphill sections and run on the downhill sections because running will always be strenuous thanks to my tracheobronchomalacia (soft/narrow/collapsing trachea and bronchial passages) but hopefully with slow practice my ankles will be okay with a weekly run added to my health and fitness regimen! Only time will tell.
