Recovery Walk

Today I'm recovering from a weekend tummy bug. So a walk is the only exercise I planned for today because my body desperately needed some recovery time. I did five miles:

We live in a hilly neighborhood so even a walk is great exercise:
It was a fabulous morning for walking:
I'm happy to have done something healthy with my morning! It's really hard some days to make yourself move but it usually feels worth it when you do! 
This afternoon I have my annual mammogram scheduled. So overall my recovery day is still working out to be a great body care opportunity.
