Meditation Monday - meditation basics

Meditation doesn't have to be complicated. All that you need to do is stop. Be in the moment enjoying your body and existence consciously. 

I especially love doing this in nature. 
I love to just let the kayak be still and float calmly on the water.
I also love to float when I'm swimming it's very relaxing for me.
So don't always feel like meditation has to be a structured, breath counting, cross legged activity!
Just stop, enjoy the moment and experience joy.
