Dog Who Meditates

 I have a dog that loves to meditate with me.

I think he likes the soothing music I play & how calm I feel. So he often dozes of against me! It's very endearing. Often my meditation mudra (hand gesture) is simply laying my hands on him so we can share our soothing energies. 

I have a great book of mudras that I am enjoying working my way through whenever Henry doesn't join me for cuddles. 

This was the mudra I learned about today, it promotes trust. 

I also did an intense 45 mins of yoga practice for YTT300 and then practiced my dancer pose. 

It's improving with regular yoga practice. But it'll probably always be a work in progress and that's okay because yoga is about practice not perfection!
