Cycling vs Running
I try to cycle at least once during the week and we cycle most weekends this time of year. I've also been trail running once a week lately.
So which one do I prefer and why?
I personally prefer cycling as it's easier on my ageing, finicky joints.

Yesterday I cycled late in the day after I spent the day studying for YTT300hr.
We live in a hilly area so it's a great workout!And it was windy too!
But I managed to do over 8 miles in under an hour and picked the steepest hill in our sub division to climb.
Although it was hot, I still enjoyed the ride.
You don't need to choose between running and cycling you can incorporate both into a health and fitness regimen!
