Tip Tuesday

 Many people make the mistake of planning a new health and fitness regimen around activity only.

Rest is Vital! I plan these as body care days, I use the health and fitness time in my daily schedule in a more relaxing way that still helps me work towards my goals!

Initially I would plan for twice a week if you are beginning a brand new fitness regimen or are returning to a fitness regimen after some time off. Then as your fitness improves you can progress to one day a week (plus 'as needed').
