Progress is Gratifying

Don't you just love seeing your own progress at anything you persevere with!? 

Tuesday I took these timer selfies of me doing Wild Thing Pose and I can't believe how much I've improved in a couple of months. I'd never even tried this daunting pose until it was in a YTT 200 asana class in March. 

My current fitness focus is on doing yoga on weekdays and outdoor recreation on weekends. Generally on weekdays I do a daily 300hr YTT asana class as well as Feet Up Inversion and yoga wheel practice.

I'm also meditating daily both for my own personal practice and for my Yogamu MTT 100 hr course.  And I'm always reading something relating to yoga/meditation. The fabulous book I'm currently reading is like a concise intro to meditation:
