Photos & Videos Help Us Improve Technique

I'm always photographing or videoing something during my daily fitness sessions. 

Yesterday this photo:

Helped me see that my front leg wasn't perpendicular to the floor (knee above ankle) That helped me improve my technique and get it closer to the goal when I tried on the other side: 
It's a work in progress but that's why it's called yoga practice 🧘‍♀️❤️

I also returned to the local incline hike trail yesterday and did my new hike, climb, run:
Last week I decided to do this weekly through Spring, so it's great to have a new fitness goal.
