Feet Up Friday

It is my 4 month-iversary as a Feet Up user! 

I love my inversion bench and find it a terrific core strengthening activity, it has also toned my legs quite a bit! 

Here are 3 things I regularly do whilst in my inversion:

I usually hold the inversion for ten minutes and try to do a variety of moves performing each for 30 seconds.
