On the horizon...
In a few days time I'll be finished all the coursework for my 200hr yoga teaching certification! It's exciting but it's also a relief as I've devoted 25+ hours a week to this for 7 weeks straight so far!
So what's next?
I want to delve deeper into meditation techniques so I've signed up for this 100hr meditation teacher training!
There's so many great relatively inexpensive online learning opportunities available right now, so if you've needed a change or a challenge consider an online learning course. The covid pandemic has led to an explosion in the number of exclusively online courses available!
This meditation course I am starting costs very little it's a donation based concept with a $10 minimum. Yes 10 bucks!
The YTT course was $99 - yes $99 bucks for 200hrs of learning!
Learning something new doesn't have to cost the Earth!
