My Week
My health and fitness journey has taken over my life lately! I spend about 5 hours per day on yoga teacher training; some theory lectures, meditation and an asana class each day. I've done this for five weeks now and expect it to take another three weeks to complete.
Here is a look at one week of my journey:
Friday yoga practice

Wednesday more Feet Up inversion practice, which complements my yoga practice perfectly!
Wednesday asana practice, wide leg toe hold boat was part of the routine:
