Deeper Love

I began my love of meditation in 2006 after an extended illness. I love meditation but have never really routinely prioritized it in my daily schedule unless I was sick or recovering from a chronic illness flare, until I started yoga teacher training 5 weeks ago.

What I love about meditation is that when the world seems to be spinning too fast and feels hectic and stressful, you have the power to slow it down or blur it out entirely. 
Really all it takes is to STOP and explore the "inner space" of your mind and spirit. 
Whether it's five minutes or an hour, meditation can make a difference to your mindset.
