Yoga is Adaptable

Yoga asana practice is an exercise routine that is adaptable to your mood/health/physical condition! Today I was feeling awful after an early dental surgery appointment. So I did a more gentle pose practice focused on holding poses for one minute and tried some Yin Yoga (holding for 3 to 5 mins) as well. 

Then I did a meditation after pose practice which truly felt fabulous! I'm hoping tomorrow is a better day health wise but as a chronic illness warrior I'm accustomed to adapting my routine as needed. 

Workouts this past weekend:

Hubby and I did Feet Up inversion together for 15mins Saturday

And on Sunday we walked 4 miles:
