When you use the word strength or strong remember that it has more than one meaning and it is also a word that is perceived by the listener through their own lens. That means they will interpret your meaning based on their life experience!

- muscle strength
Muscle strength is a vast continuum of variation. You might consider yourself strong if you can lift a 25lb dumbbell and someone else may consider themselves strong if they can lift a 100+lb barbell!
