Vitamin D

The weather here in Colorado is finally improving, which means my workout regimen switches from mostly indoor gym style workouts to outdoor recreation! That is an important switch in workout style that can boost my vitamin D and improve my mood!

So try to ensure you get some outdoor exercise through Spring whenever the weather is nice!

On the weekend hubby and I went cycling with our son and son-in-law on our mountain bikes. The weather was perfect for it although the trails were a bit muddy!

I have been working on my yoga teacher training each weekday and hope to be 20% done by the weekend! But, I generally do this indoors because the sound quality on the videos isn't great so I want to minimize background noise so I can gain the most from the lectures and classes.

I do my Feet Up inversions outside on the deck or the lawn in the sunshine though whenever the weather is nice outside and it is a fabulous way to soak up some vitamin D!

I also cycle several times a week and it's nice to be transitioning from the indoor trainer to riding around my hilly neighborhood!
