It is easy to get bored with a fitness regimen! But when it happens it is a great time to try something new!

Here are a few ideas of things to try:

Add a new piece of equipment or kit to your regimen!



Think outside the box! Volunteering at a food bank is often strenuous activity and it gives you a "feel good" boost in mood!


Get some fresh air and sunshine to boost your mood! A walk is a great start.


Find some new inspiration! Listen to fitness podcasts, find new fitness influencers to follow on social media or try a new fitness video on Youtube. 
Try a different sport or activity, here are a few ideas:
  • frisbee golf
  • indoor rock climbing
  • hiking
  • parkour
